B13 HAS BEDBUGS. The 13 Ave and Bay Ridge Ave corner bus stop.The street is closed on Bay Ridge Ave, so I went to the corner of 13 Ave. The Bus had stoped at the light. Because I didn’t have any opportunity get on, he should have let me on when he stopped, but he ignored me and drove off. The bus companies relies on us ordinary people to be kept in motion and alive cause we pay them.
I do travel a lot therefore I see many things that are wrong and black-hearted. If it was up to me, I would have somebody travel on the bus with out the drivers knowledge and observe the bus drivers attitudes for. They are often so inhumane this is outrageous. This is not good, need to change a lot! For the last 2 months the Q 39 Bus @612 am leave 6:10 am & the 6:18 bus comes 6:23 am what the hell is going on then when the 6.18 am Bus start picking up passenger it looks like that is only bus because it pack like sardine. Everyday day i reach late to work to Long Island City. I used to take the 6:30 am Bus but i have to rush to work so i decided to take an earlier Bus which is 6:18 am but i ended up late to work.
What kind of service is this i just got fed up. Then the J & E train you cannot breathe in them so these commuters is getting worse. After I said 'thank you' and began exiting bus X17 today (bus # 2661, left Manhattan at about 7.30pm from the last pickup stop, ), a female bus driver started closing the doors while I was still inside the bus, and the doors hit my shoulder as a result. When I turned to her and asked why she did that, instead of saying sorry she began screaming at me.
I don't know what her problem was but I recalled she stopped midway 10 mins earlier and screamed at another x17 bus driver. Bus drivers are responsible for lives of people they transport, there must be a better hiring and training process in place. Such a rude, inconsiderate and arrogant driver should not be allowed driving, especially on public busses. I have decided to make a complaint against the q23 because everyone is frustrated with it but does not take action. This bus is ALWAYS late. And it’s not small durations of lateness.
When it decides to be late, it can be 20mns late like it was today from 7:40 to 8:00 am. How can the supervisors or the drivers of such buses, knowing the people rely on them to get to work on time be blatantly disrespectful? The drivers often have an unapologetic attitude as if it’s cometely normal. Or they can be completely rude.
Who ever is in charge of this line better do something. We are sick and tired of this crap.
Every week for 2-3 days there’s something. On 9-29-17 the 730 bus 3533 was already delayed and the 740 bus was right behind the 730 bus.
It was already passed 730 and 740 a.m the 730 bus pulls up to the first stop at the terminal but it was already getting crowded due to the fact that it was delayed so while still loading the 740 bus pulls up two minutes after the 730 bus and i decided to catch that 740 bus being that the 730 bus was getting crowded the driver in the 740 bus number 3517 refused to open his door and he kept pointing for me and my son to go to the 730 bus that was crowded and he started to pick up passengers two or three stops away. I don't think that's right because he was already delayed and was scheduled to depart. If he didn't want to pick up passengers he should've had his not in service sign until he was ready to pick up passengers. So much gor mta going your way. On the morning of 12:10am to 01:46am in the morning waiting for b13 bus, from gatewall mall to bushwick on jamaica ave and cypress hills st. The buses scheduled for 12:36am and the bus for 1:06am failed to arrive. The 1:46am bus was on schedule while riding the 1:46am bus other commuters informed me that that they had passed the 12:36am bus and the 1:06am buses and they were were parked not driving this has happened to me twice in the winter once in the spring and now.
My job is hard enough without a 2 hour commute which is supposed to take 45 min. Please help thank you.. In Ridge-wood Queen everyday at 4 pm i have to wait about 30-40 minutes for a B #13 Bus going to Gateway Mall to take me home. When i look at the schedule after the long waiting time i will see 4 to 5 B #13 buses in the route coming.These buses are 3 to 4 bus stop away from each other and when the first bus stop as a bus stop all the other buses stops behind which causes lots of traffic jam which doesn't make no sense. T he first B#13 bus stops at all the bus stop because that the first bus collecting all the passenger packed the bus until you can't breathe while all the rest of the buses stops behind empty.

Im in a wheelchair and this is twice I haven't been fasten in the first time was last week on a b5 bus going to the green acres mall bus number 8431and got my ankle broke and my ankle isnt in place cause of him not fastening me in and yesterday on the bus going toward forest hills to the orthopedic the bus driver didn't even fasten me in and I got the same bus driver on the way back from the Dr and he still didn't fasten me in so me and my cast was going every where these two incidents have me where I'm terrified to ride on a bus ever again.
The bus 71 that travels between Newark Penn Station and West Caldwell is the worst bus in the entire state. Not only is it never on time, it sometimes doesn't even show up at all.
At times 2 or more buses will show up back to back 2 to three hours later than their schedule. The timing of this bus is not even the worst. The bus driver was stopped at the light someone else got on and then she says miss do you have a card I said are you talking to me she said yes and somethings else that I did not catch. I went back up to her and show her the pass again and just like before she was inattentive.This is not the first time I have got on the B 103 and have had the bus driver say things to me. Most of the bus driver do their job well but there are some who are inattentive and rude.
